For the Human Rights Guardians Organization team in Mardin, over two days
The training was led by the trainer, lawyer #Ali_Al-Zeer.
He talked about human resources policy and its functions and defined it as a system for managing the human element efficiently and effectively.
The trainer discussed human resources policies and their departments, and explained each department separately. He divided the participants into two groups to solve a set of questions using the brainstorming technique. Then he explained the objectives of human resources, their tasks, and the development of human resources management.
On the second day, the trainer repeated everything that was explained on the first day and continued talking about the basics of writing a human resources policy and common mistakes. He also showed a motivational video on the importance of human resources work and how to start developing a human resources policy, the limits of its application, who is responsible for application, recruitment, selection, appointment stages, working hours, vacations, the penalty system, contract termination, financial compensation, and employee evaluation.
